North Carolina Hog Sauce

This sauce is inspired from the coastal region of North Carolina where BBQ is everywhere. This is a vinegar based wet sauce that has the right combination of spices to create a wonderfully tangy flavor. This sauce makes a great marinade for pork & beef. We have even tried it on Fish.

Chocolate Hog Sauce

This sauce is inspired from all the chocolate lovers who enjoy BBQ. This sauce is a sweet blend of BBQ flavor and dark chocolate. Blended with a semi-sweet wine and slow simmered. The result is a unique taste sensation that is sure to please.

Terriyaki Hog Sauce

This sauce has been in development for years. We use this sauce on our world famous meatballs and everyone loves it. We combine perfectly salt & sweet for a unique flavor. Add that Asian kick to any of your favorite foods.
