| Mama's Southern Potato Salad |
Mama's Southern Potato Salad
3 lbs potatoes boiled for 30 minutes, cubed skin on 1 cup chopped celery 1 Cup of finely chopped onion 1
Cup mayonaise 1 Cup of GOLDEN HOG GOURMET BBQ SAUCE 1 TSP Salt 1 TSP Pepper 1 TSP granulated
Garlic
Boil potatoes, cool over cool water then cube. Combine other ingriedients and mix with potatoes gently
to not break up potatoes. Cool for 1 hour in fridge and serve.
BBQ ONION
1 large onion
peeled 3 oz SWEET HOG GOURMET BBQ SAUCE 1 tsp Butter
Create a small foil bowl on
hot grill melt butter. Add onion. Cover with SWEET HOG GOURMET BBQ SAUCE and second piece of foil.
Cook for 20-30 minutes until onion is tender. May require additional applications of sauce to add more flavor!
BBQ SALSA
1 Can (16 oz) diced
tomatoes 1 tsp dried cilantro (Fresh is better!) 2 Table spoon fulls of lime juice 2 tsps Garlic Salt 1/2 Onion - Chopped 6oz BURNING HOG GOURMET BBQ SAUCE (You
may use Sweet Hog if you want a more mild salsa)
Mix all ingriedients in large bowl serve with your favorite
chips!
Golden Salad Dressing
Wisk 6 oz. of GOLDEN HOG GOURMET BBQ SAUCE with 6 oz. olive oil. Add 1 oz
honey. Serve over your favorite salad.
Spicey Joes
Brown
1 lb of ground beef & drain Mix with 1 bottle of BURNING HOG GOURMET BBQ SAUCE heat to boil
then serve on toasted roll. Makes a meal that is quick with a kick!
Quick & Easy BBQ
Place 3-4 lbs pork shoulder in your favorite Crock Pot, add (1) 12 oz. bottle of SWEET HOG GOURMET BBQ
SAUCE & (1) 12 oz bottle of premium beer. Cover the meat with water if required. Cook on low for
6-10 hours until the meat separates easily.
Note: This method works well for: Chicken, pork chops, beef
roasts, ribs, & venison.
Burning Fiesta Bean
Dip
Place (1) 8 oz can of refried beans in a microwave safe bowl Drizzle BURNING
HOG GOURMET BBQ SAUCE on top Sprinkle with cheese microwave for 3 minutes on high
Serve with
your favorite chips.
Incredible Prime Rib
Sauce
Mix 6 ounces of Golden Hog Gourmet BBQ Sauce with 6 ounces
of sour cream and 4 ounces of fresh Horseradish. Chill for 1 hour & spread over prime rib or any of your favorite
steaks.
Party
Mix
2 cups corn chex 2 cups of rice chex 1 cup of small pretzels 1 cup of butter
melted 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 3 Teaspoons of BBQ BROTHERS FAMOUS SPICE RUB
Combine
butter and Worcestershire sauce over med heat, in a large mixing bowl mix Chex & pretzels. Toss with butter mix,
sprinkle with RUB. Place a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve
at your next party or for a fresh snack anytime.
Better than Buffalo Wings
2lbs of thawed chicken wings 6 oz of Burning Hog Gourmet BBQ sauce 1 hot
grill. Tongs, gotta have tongs!
Cook wings on hot grill for 10-12 minutes. Every 3 minutes remove wings
and dip into sauce , then return to grill. Rotate frequently, cook till 180 in center, and enjoy.
Golden Marinade
Mustard makes a great meat tenderizer, therefore using our Golden Hog Gourmet BBQ
sauce as a marinade is a naturally great marinade. We recommend mixing 6 ounces of Golden Hog Gourmet
BBQ Sauce with 12 ounces (1 can) of premium beer. Soak your meat throughly for 1 hour prior to cooking.
Works well with all meats, especially Beef & Chicken. Happy marinading!
Quick Party Dip

cup Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 2 tablespoons of BBQ BROTHERS FAMOUS SPICE RUB Mix and chill
for 1/2 hour Serve with your favorite chips.
